This circuit was obtained in a 1980 publication. The transistors can be BC548 or 2N2222. The circuit generates a 100 kHz signal that can be tuned after amplification in the output stage. The diodes accept equivalents. and the capacitors must be ceramic. The 1mH inductor has an adjustable core.
