This is the circuit that decodes the signals from the CIR3059. The adjustment of each frequency is made in the corresponding trimpot and the capacitors C1 are typically 47 nF and R 100k for better adjustment. More decoders can be used, and their output is active at the low level. A power step must be used to activate relays. C2 and C3 are typically 10nF and 100nF respectively.
