The purpose of this circuit is to let the signals of the frequency range corresponding to the voice pass through. The circuit thus improves intelligibility in systems that use microphones. The supply must be done with a symmetrical source and equivalent operational amplifiers can be tried. The circuit is from a 1980 publication. Signal input and output cables must be shielded.
