The sensor of this circuit is an NTC of 20 to 50 k resistance at room temperature. The circuit is from a 1980 publication and equivalent operational amplifiers can be used. The relay is 6 V and the trip is adjusted in RV1. The transistor can be the BC548. The transformer has a secondary of 300 to 500 mA.
